• All auctions are to be completed using cryptocurrency on the depay.com platform.
• Blue Auctions supports Ethereum only. All auctions will be completed using Ethereum.
• To buy or sell goods you will need to hold a depay.com wallet which we will generate for you.
• The auctioneer’s fee is 12.5% of the total value of the auction, the remaining 87.5% of the fee will go to the seller.
• Fees may be incurred by the buyer when funding their account, which we cannot be held responsible for.
• Fees may be incurred by the seller when withdrawing money from the site which we cannot be held responsible for.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have sufficient funds to cover any bids made including holding sufficient funds in their depay.com account.
• Some Crypto Currency exchanges may apply additional fees, we, where possible will mitigate those fees to ensure the seller receives 87.5% of the value of their auctions
• We cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in the valuation of Ethereum which is utilized for any listed auctions.

Auctions and Sales

• This website shall support three types of auction;
• Traditional bidder vs bidder auctions, where the highest bidder at the end of an agreed time period, set by the seller, wins the auction and the funds, are transferred to the seller’s
• Buy it now auctions, where the fee is agreed between the buyer and seller and the funds, are transferred to the seller’s This must be agreed by both parties prior to the completion of the sale.
• Escrow auctions whereby both parties agree that the funds for the auctions will not be transferred to the sellers account until both parties confirm the auction/sale is completed.
• Blue Auctions are simply a facilitator and take no part in the actual sale, auction, transfer, or delivery of auctioned items, as such we cannot be held responsible for items not being delivered as advertised or as agreed. Any disputes are between the buyer and seller.

5. Buyer Terms

Refunds are generally not issued for digital content unless required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:
Post or sell any illegal content
Impersonate others
Use bots or automated scraping tools
Harass other users
Promote or link to external illegal content platforms

7. Payments and Fees

Transactions are processed through DePay.
Blue Auctions may take a commission from each sale of 12.5% gross.
Payouts to sellers occur immediately upon sale completion verification from the buyer.
Chargebacks and fraud attempts may result in account suspension.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content is the property of the creators or Blue Auctions.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
We operate a takedown policy for copyright complaints.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violating our T&Cs

Payment fraud or chargebacks
