How to Sell on Blue Auctions – Vendor Guide

Welcome to Blue Auctions!

This step-by-step guide walks you through the entire process of creating and publishing an auction product using the vendor dashboard.

Good to know:

  • Vendors are automatically approved
  • Products are automatically approved
  • Your auctions go live instantly when published
Step 1 – Log In to Your Vendor Account
  1. Go to blueauctions.net and log in.
  2. After logging in, you will be redirected to the WP Admin dashboard.

Tip: Use the left-hand menu to navigate between Products and Orders.

  1. In the left menu, click Products.
  2. Click Add New.
  1. Enter a clear Product Title.
  2. Add a detailed Description (condition, size, shipping info etc.).
  1. In the Product Image box, click Set product image.
  2. Upload a clear main photo.
  3. Add additional photos in the Product Gallery.

Tip: Use bright lighting and show any flaws to build trust.

  1. Find the Product Data panel.
  2. Change Product Type to Auction.

Fill in the following fields:

  • Starting Price
  • Minimum Bid Increment
  • Reserve Price (optional)
  • Buy It Now price (if enabled)
  • Auction Start Date
  • Auction End Date

Tip: Shorter auctions with reasonable start prices often attract more bids.

Choose the correct Category for your product.

Before publishing, double-check:

  • Title and description are accurate
  • Photos are clear
  • Auction dates are correct
  • Prices and increments make sense
  1. Click Publish in the top-right Publish box.
  2. Your auction will go live immediately on the website.

Vendor Rules & Best Practices

  • Only list items you own.
  • Describe items honestly.
  • Ship promptly.
  • Do not manipulate bids.
  • Follow all applicable laws.
